🚨BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

Many of you already know that Amy & I are opening a gym here in Lisburn on the 9th August.

We’re looking for a couple of enthusiastic coaches to come onboard for this exciting venture!

Manchester Marathon done and dusted!

Feeling a bit rough on race day made it a lot tougher (and slower) than I’d hoped for but got it finished despite setbacks!

More importantly, lots of money raised for a great cause!

Thanks to everyone who sent messages of support and donated, I’m feeling extremely grateful for good friends & family and amazed by the generosity towards our chosen charity. Thank you all!

Take a look at what you’ve eaten today and yesterday - be honest. Is it lacking in fruit and veg? Are lots of processed foods creeping in?

Now add your movement and exercise into the equation. Did you move much today? Did you really do enough to move the needle?

We sit more than ever, and simply going to the gym just brings you back to baseline. If you’re sedentary all day, you need to find ways to move more - walk, stretch, stay active – while improving your diet. Tough love but don’t panic!

We can make really small but powerful changes in all of these areas, no matter what job you work in or barriers you have with exercise. You just need to find the tools. Which is exactly what I work on with clients!

I’ll be taking a new group of clients this month for nutrition coaching. Keep your eyes peeled or join the mailing list in my bio!

To everyone who has trusted me this year with nutrition coaching, training plans, in-person sessions and all the lovely members at the gym who have given me time to coach them… thank you! 🙏🏻

It’s been a year of change and uncertainty within the business… in a very positive but challenging way and I’m grateful for everyone who puts their faith in me with their health and fitness goals. 🏋🏻‍♂️
