It’s time for me to rally the troops and for the to***co yoga pants to come back out!!

I hate to break it to you, but Summer is over but the best bit about that IS Sept Restarts, Routine & You are BACK!!

Do not stress if you fell off the wagon a bit over the summer months, WE ALL DID! So you’re in good company!!

I LOVE this time of year forget a Spring Clean or New Year Resolutions this is also a time to ramp it up, revisit or simply start!!!

So, make the decision, find the window and book in now for your next month (let’s commit) of classes – it’s your sign if you are reading this!!

“Hi everyone. I’m Emily & I will be completing practical assignments for my Health Coach training, and I would like to work with people who are not well known to me.

Vicki has kindly helped me to send this message to her yoga community, where I hope one of you feel would be receptive to receiving health coaching, and has health and wellness goals that they would like to achieve?

The assignments at this level of my course are mostly individual coaching tools and should take no more than 50-60 minutes to complete. These coaching sessions will take place over WhatsApp, phone calls or video calls if we cannot meet face-to-face.

As much as I love that you are loving the classes there is really no need to pay me twice!! 😂 🙏

As we head into our next month if you have a class pass there is no need to purchase another one as it automatically renews!!

Until it renews it’s doesn’t allow you to book but don’t worry as we’re all in the same boat only able to book our sessions 1 month ahead!
