“I started my weightloss journey on Friday 5th of January, and I gave myself until 5th of September to lose my weight!
I did it on the 29th of August - I know it’s not a race, but I wanted something to focus on! (I also had 10 days off in May for an Ibiza holiday too).

“In the photo I’d just returned from Ibiza again, and I felt amazing…
A size 10 from a size 22.
We’d renewed our wedding vows/blessing and I wore a size 10 dress.
I felt amazing.
And, I was back on Plan straight away to get the holiday weight off.
And then started my maintenance journey.”
