Hey Everyone!
I hope you are all safe and well.
So we have decided to cancel our Mental Health Mates Walk until further notice. I am sure you understand as we want to ensure that we all stay safe and healthy.
But fear not, I will be uploading lots of content for you all on here and does anyone fancy a virtual walk? We can all connect via Facebook live and go for a walk virtually together. Just a thought? but I know I need to stay active and positive for my own mental health. So if anyone has any suggestions as to what we can do (Virtually) please comment below. Sending love to all of you β™₯️

Morning Guys.
Unfortunately we will not be leading the walk this morning as I have the most horrendous migraine and we also have a teething grumpy baby 😩. I'm so sorry to cancel. Feel free to still go on your walk withiut us though. We will reschedule for next Sunday 22nd March instead. Pam xx

Is all this talk and news surrounding the Coronavirus making you feel anxious? If so that's totally understandable. It's important to listen and take advice from health professionals e.g. Avoid unnecessary travel and crowds, wash your hands often for 20 seconds etc but equally try not to overdose on hype, worry or misinformation. We have our Mental Health Mates Walk this Sunday 15th March. Obviously if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any of the symptons (dry cough, fever, cold like symptoms) then please do not attend and follow the NHS Guidelines: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
We’re all on this journey together. News about the virus will likely grow worse, then grow better. Listen to public health experts who can help us navigate the path ahead. Take sensible steps that can help us all:, practice good hygiene and use calming strategies that work for you. ###
