Personalized Care for adults with Learning Disabilities and other Associated Needs Providing up to 24 hour support in Service Users own home.

DOMICILIARY CARE
We provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities within their own homes. We aim to promote choice and independence through a detailed Person Centered Plan. Our service will provide this care to individuals aged 17 years old (transitioning into adult services)- 65 years old. Providing support service users finding a suitable home, using local estate agents. We assist wi

• Domestic tasks, e.g.
• Cleaning and shopping.
• Support with Managing bills.
• Activities.
• Meal times
• Dietary needs.
• Medication ordering/administering.
• Support Communication needs.
• Support Sensory impairments
• Support Education/ training and work experience
• Day trips
• Support transitioning from children services to adult services
• Personal care

22 hours
Tuesday 3-9 and a sleep in
Wednesday Sleep in
Thursday 7/3
Saturday 7/3

We also have a few full time positions available including weekends within the service.

We are a small personal service.

Experience is preferred, but not essential as a full induction and a training program will be given to the successful candidate.
The chosen candidate will be required to undergo a full DBS check and a full induction/probationary period.
There will be opportunities for personal development/ training 🤓
