I work from my home office in Hinckley, Leicestershire, however, I support clients all over the UK. I offer both face to face and video call appointments. Meals are either collected at your appointment or delivered to your doorstep. I'm a full time 1:1 Diet weight managment & mindset coach, and offer flexible appointment times including weekdays, evenings and Saturday mornings.

There’s no magic formula for tackling obesity…
Your journey will look different to everyone around you, and that’s okay. What really makes the difference is consistency, small, repeatable actions over time. What also helps is focusing on three simple steps 👇
🧠 Understand your triggers
Cravings often come from tiredness, stress, or emotions. Once you understand your triggers, you can make smart swaps and build consistency in your choices.
🥗 Eat healthier
This is where I can support you in making simple swaps that are easy to follow, so you can stay consistent with your programme. The 1:1 Diet offers a range of nutritious meals, shakes, and snacks, packed with all the nutrition you need to stay on track.
🏃♀️ Get moving
Find an activity you enjoy and make it part of your daily routine. With regular movement and cinsitency, the results will follow.
Do you have a food that you turn to when you’re feeling a particular emotion… stress or worry etc? Mine is something sweet, probably some dark chocolate or a piece of coffee & walnut cake!
Do you know…. The Food Is Not The Problem.
When a particular food becomes a problem - it’s not the food. It’s how we hold the internal representation of that food in our mind.
What is the emotion or feeling that you attach to that food?
When we feel the linked emotion or feeling (e.g.stress) we reach for the problem food.
If the emotion or feeling is missing (e.g.love or comfort) we reach for that food.
Recognising the emotion of our feelings linked to the food could be the start of eliminating the problem.

I’m Emma, I’m married to Luke and have 2 children Mia (12) and Jay (10).
I am a full time 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan consultant and weight loss coach, having left my corporate job at the end of December 2018 , 25 + years experience in Customer Service Management and Business Development/Sales Management. I work from my home office conveniently located on the Hinckley / Nuneaton border and offer appointments throughout Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. I am part of an AWARD WINNING team.
Before I discovered The 1:1 Diet I had tried numerous weight loss plans, including groups, online plans and various diet books. Over a 15 year period, my weight had steadily increased and I felt uncomfortable, unhappy and frumpy. Eventually, I realised that I needed something different. I needed 1:1 support and accountability to ensure I stayed on track and lost the weight. My Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant provided me with advice and nutritionally balanced, great tasting meal replacements which I ate alongside conventional food, and as a result I lost 2 1/2 stone in 3 1/2 months* which has dramatically changed the way I feel EVERY day.
I have been maintaining my weight loss for over 3 years now.
I started my weight loss business in April 2017 as I wanted to share the amazing feeling of getting to a weight which you are happy and comfortable with. Since then, I have supported numerous local people on their weight loss journeys and am looking forward to helping many more.
I have a team of award winning 1:1 Diet Consultants who cover Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Rutland and I am supporting more people locally to start their own businesses as weight loss consultants.... that way we will be able to help even more people.
