Today marks the spring equinox. The day and the night are equal length. In yoga, this is a time to rebalance. Sure, stand on one leg, that's one way to feel your balance. But also consider where the scales in your whole experience of life may need a little balancing out. Maybe you need to prioritise sleep or good quality rest?
