We take everything step-by-step so you can decide how much, or how little, you want to do at each stage. You're welcome to rest or relax (or sometimes people sleep!) whenever you need to, without judgement. You don't need special clothes,
just something that feels comfortable and gives you freedom to move. We practice in bare feet or socks and you can borrow a mat, a pillow and a block to use in class. It's good to bring an extra layer like a sweatshirt or fleece, and I have some blankets to keep you cosy in the lying down sections of the class. Shanti simply means 'peace'.
