Looking for a few hours peace in the Easter holidays, this year there are two yoga camps to choose from

🐣EASTER KIDS YOGA CAMPS 🐣

🧘 MONDAY 30th March
Yoga Loft, Burbage
12 -3 pm

🧘🏼‍♀️ WEDNESDAY 1st April
Gilmorton Village Hall
9 -12

Choose your preferred camp then it’s £25 per child.
Deposit of £10 to secure your child’s place. Rest to be paid on the day.

Yoga, yoga games, 🐣Easter egg hunt, 🐰Easter art activities, relaxation to end session.
Yoga camp suitable for 4.5 yrs - 12 yrs.
Lunch/snacks and a drink required.

Booking can be made by text/ call or email.

The last few weeks we have been learning about Chinese New year. We have learnt all the animals poses on the Chinese zodiac calendar and learned the story whilst doing yoga poses. This year is the year of the 🐎. We had a visitor at one of the schools this week Rita the rabbit joined. She was very good at the head stand!

Classes at the yoga loft will start back after Easter. I’m just having a few more weeks to get back to 100%.

This evening we are doing Kpop and Minecraft yoga at a scout squirrel group… available for any scout group and girl guides groups rainbows, brownies

NEW AFTERSCHOOL CLUB

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to Hollycroft primary a brand new school.. what a fab school, children loved the trail session.
I’m looking forward to working with them next term..

We have a new member of Barefoot yoga this is Apple dapple, she helps in the classes sitting in the middle of everyone. Helping with our focus and concentration Everyone loved seeing her this week look at what everyone did in the school clubs….
