NEW AFTERSCHOOL CLUB

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to Hollycroft primary a brand new school.. what a fab school, children loved the trail session.
I’m looking forward to working with them next term..

We have a new member of Barefoot yoga this is Apple dapple, she helps in the classes sitting in the middle of everyone. Helping with our focus and concentration Everyone loved seeing her this week look at what everyone did in the school clubs….

NEW CLUB ALERT… I am very excited to be offering a NEW Afterschool club at Hollycroft primary school… on a Tuesday… starts after February half term… if your child attends this school why not join the taster session on 3rd February

Breakfast yoga club… what a wonderful morning we had going on an under water adventure…. Lots of fab yoga poses done this morning… spaces available for before and after school clubs why not get in touch if you would like yoga in your setting… 🧘🏼‍♀️

Happy New year.. I’m hoping you all had a lovely Christmas break.
Some classes start back this week most next week.

I have come down with the dreaded Lurgy that’s doing the rounds…

I am taking a little break from some classes as I have had a lot of personal stuff happen over last few months and feel I need to just take a step back and have some time to get myself back to full capacity.

So some classes won’t be on this term but will be back after February half term.
Thank you for all your on going support and look forward to a fab 2026

Today is the last yoga session in schools and time for a well earned break for me… it’s been a very enjoyable but long term… loving all the hard work my students have been doing in classes. Loving the Christmas poses too and a lovely Christmas breakfast club yesterday…

We had a little elf visitor at our class today… he loved doing some of the Christmas yoga poses too he was so worn out he had to do his relaxation early…
