This week see’s all my yoga school clubs and out of school clubs come to an end for the summer… I don’t actually finish till next Friday.. I am working in the summer holidays..

What a wonderful first week of term.. beautiful sunshine meaning some of our classes could be outside.

This week has been all about What can we see….

What can we hear…..

What can you smell…..

It’s amazing when you sit and be still and close your eyes and listen. … birds singing, bees humming, breeze in the trees, airplanes in the sky, dogs barking, people chatting.
We also managed to do some lovely yoga as well as some mindfulness… enjoy your bank holiday weekend..
