Because apparently the “Meal Fairy” keeps ignoring my emails… so meal prep it is 😂🥦🍱

From salmon and roasted veggies to speedy snacks, fruit pots and filling lunches — this is proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean boring beige diet food 👏
The best thing about preparation?
When life gets busy, tiredness kicks in, or work drains every ounce of energy… your future self already has your back 💖
And honestly… opening the fridge to ready-made meals feels like being cared for by an organised adult version of yourself 😂
