Airport breakfast doesn’t have to mean going off track! This morning I enjoyed an amazing, tasty—and surprisingly low-Syn—meal of shakshuka 🍳🍅🫑✨

It came with feta already on top (around 3 Syns for 45g)—but totally worth it for that salty, creamy goodness! 🧀

And yes… I left the bread (the portion was massive—so I decided to save my Syns for something I really fancy later 🤭).

It’s proof you can still enjoy delicious food while staying close to your Slimming World goals—even on holiday! 🌍💚

🎉 Weekend vibes = pizza time! But this isn’t your usual mayo-and-cheese base… nope! I went rogue with some cottage cheese who screamed, “It’s our time to shine!” 😄🧀

The base:
✅3 spoonfuls cottage cheese (free food)
✅3 eggs (free food) 🥚🥚🥚
✅mozzarella (counts as Healthy Extra A)
✅2 tbsp coconut flour (about 1 syn per tablespoon, so 2 syns total)
✅Oregano & basil to taste (free!)

Blended it all into a smooth batter, poured onto a baking sheet, then baked at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden and smelling like heaven. 🔥

Next: I spread a layer of Passata (FREE, yay!), then piled on salami, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and a generous sprinkle of grated mozzarella. Back in the oven until the cheese melted and bubbled like a cheesy dream. 🧀🍄🌶️

I devoured 2 slices and honestly? I’m bursting at the seams — stuffed, happy, and definitely no regrets. Damn, that’s some serious comfort food! 😅

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Syn tips:
✅Check your salami for syns (mozzarella counts as your Healthy Extra A)
✅Coconut flour is low syn but count it
✅Use Frylight or no added oil for syn-free cooking

🥬 Spinach Tortilla Wrap 💚 — Healthy, tasty, and totally Slimming World friendly!

What you’ll need:

👉 2 full handfuls spinach (free food) 🌿
👉 3 eggs (free food) 🥚🥚🥚
👉 Your favourite spices (free food) 🌶️🧂
👉 Fillings & sauces (see below for syns!)

How to make it:

1️⃣ Blend spinach, eggs, and spices until smooth and vibrant green 🍃
2️⃣ Pour onto baking paper on a tray, bake at 200°C for 15-20 mins until edges crisp up 🔥
3️⃣ Roll it with the paper on one side, carefully peel the paper off the other side 🫔
4️⃣ Add your favourite fillings and sauces, then roll it up and enjoy!

Syns & Healthy Extras:
• Eggs and spinach: free foods
• Fillings like lean ham, chicken, turkey, or veggies: free foods
• Cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar): counts as Healthy Extra A (HEA) — 30g per day
• Oils and sprays: Frylight is free, olive oil counts as syns (1 tsp ≈ 1 syn)
• Sauces like mustard or low-syn salsa: free or very low syn
• Mayo or dressings: check labels — use sparingly for syns

This wrap is perfect for a low-syn, filling meal that’s full of flavour and goodness! 🥰

Who said staying on track has to be boring?
Sun’s out (finally—despite the weather forecast!) ☀️😎
And so is this colourful little plate of sweet treats, Slimming World style!

Watermelon, melon, nectarines, radishes (because balance!) and juicy cherry tomatoes—keeping me refreshed, satisfied, and out of the snack cupboard! 🍉🍑🍅

💭 Feeling a little wobbly? You’re not alone. 💕

There are moments in life — in all areas, not just with weight loss — where we pause and ask ourselves: “Is this still what I want?”
It’s completely normal to feel like that. It’s not weakness. It’s not failure. It’s just being human. 🌍

Sometimes, the motivation dips. Life gets busy. Other priorities sneak in. And suddenly, what felt like a clear path can start to feel a little foggy. That’s okay. Take a breath. ❤️

But when those questions pop up — “Do I still want to do this?” — try to look a little deeper. There’s rarely a simple yes or no. It’s more about reconnecting with your “why.”
✨ Why did you start?
✨ What were you hoping for — more energy, confidence, health, happiness?
✨ And if you did stop now… what would that mean for you? Is that a path you truly want to take?

You don’t need to have all the answers today. But remind yourself: every step you’ve taken has mattered. Every choice, every meal, every bit of effort — it’s all been an investment in you. 💪

So if you’re wobbling, reach out. Reflect. Reset. And know this: you are stronger than you think, and you’re not on this journey alone.

🍝 Tagliatelle with Salmon & Spinach Sauce — Slimming World style and seriously tasty! ☀️💚

What you’ll need:
👉 Tagliatelle pasta (free food on SW — no guilt, just yum!)
👉 100g baby spinach 🌿 (because Popeye was onto something)
👉 2 cloves garlic 🧄 (vampires beware!)
👉 100g mascarpone (your Healthy Extra A — fancy, right?)
👉 Gorgonzola (about 5 syns per 100g — treat it like the cheese diva it is)
👉 80g fat-free Skyr (free on SW — creamy without the naughty stuff) 🥄
👉 50-80g black olives (about 1 syn per 5 olives — little bursts of salty goodness)
👉 Salt & pepper 🧂
👉 Frylight spray (free on SW — the magic mist) 💦
👉 100g ham or chicken (free on SW — protein power!)

How I made it:

1️⃣ Spray your pan with Frylight and fry the ham slices till just crispy (or until they make you hungry just smelling them) 🍳
2️⃣ Add spinach and garlic, cook until spinach wilts and garlic smells like heaven 🌿🧄
3️⃣ Stir in mascarpone and gorgonzola — the fancy cheese party — then add fat-free Skyr to keep it creamy without the guilt 🧀🥄
4️⃣ Toss in black olives, salt, and pepper — olives for that salty zing 🫒🧂
5️⃣ Cook your pasta (free food, so go wild!) then mix it all up in the sauce like a pro 🍝

Serve it up, smile, and enjoy — makes at least 2 servings so you can share or save some for later (no judgment either way!) 😁
