How will you move today?

Movement is one of the most fundamentally important things we can do for our body and well being. And it’s simple to build into your day with just a little thought 💭

Children are great movers naturally but as life takes over we lose this ability to move and the desire to move…along with increasingly more sedentary lifestyles.

So take a moment and decide how you will fit movement into your day today. It could be…
