How to stay a bit warmer during this cold spell!


1. drink regular hot drinks - tea, coffee, hot water with lemon
2. put on an extra layer close to your skin like a t-shirt
3. put on an extra layer on your legs like leggings if you have them
4. wear an additional pair of socks
5. ALWAYS WEAR A HAT IF YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE - any heat you have will leave your body through your head

Adding extra layers will retain aprox 10% of your body heat, even if you are not moving.
