Well, we are now well into 2026 and this is a good time to review your year so far...
Did you make any plans? Did you make any resolutions? Even if you didn't, as we head into spring, this is a great time to set some simple, achievable, realistic goals for yourself.

For example, attend one of our Thursday exercise classes is a great starting point!
