Last month we heard the results of the phase 3 ORATORIO-HAND trial of existing DMT ocrelizumab (Ocrevus) 🔬

The trial investigated whether ocrelizumab could slow disability progression for more people with primary progressive MS, including those with more advanced disability.

Results showed that ocrelizumab did slow down overall disability progression and the worsening of hand and arm function.

This could mean that ocrelizumab becomes available to people who currently don’t have any treatment options.
