💪 EXERCISE OF THE MONTH 💪

A great option to work on your triceps, the seated extension can also be performed standing, on the cables.

You can also do these with one arm, to focus more on a weaker side.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On Wednesday the 14th of January our Main pool will be closed due to Essential maintenance work.

All of our other facilities will be open as usual including our sauna,steam room and whirlpool bath but please be aware their will be engineers on poolside.

✨ Celebrating another empowered woman building strength — inside and out ✨💪

Moving into the gym.

Debbie has been coming to me for 1:1 PT sessions at my private wellbeing studio and the results speak for themselves 💪

✔️ Inches lost
✔️ Muscle gained
✔️ Body toned
✔️ Confidence growing

The next step in Debbie’s journey was empowering her with the confidence and knowledge to continue her strength training in a gym environment. Although she was nervous about making the change, she felt completely welcomed at Romans Leisure and Spa 🙌 and she absolutely rocked her first gym session there 🔥

She now has a 4-week strength programme and the confidence to train in a space where she feels comfortable and supported.

Whilst we won’t be doing the intimate 1:1 sessions in my wellbeing studio for now, I’ll still be supporting Debbie through the app and our private WhatsApp with a full review planned in the gym in 4 weeks 📲💬
