A massive congratulations to Louise and Lee, who have given birth to their gorgeous baby boy this month.

Louise was coming to me for acupuncture, cupping and kore therapy to help with a natural pregnancy. Louise came for treatment twice a month with one of the appointments always working around her ovulation. Her first treatment was in June 2024 and by September 2024, she sent me a wonderful message saying she had a positive pregnancy test. Louise has kept me in the loop with messages and photos, which has been amazing 💙👶

What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for the treatment or prevention of disease. It is a form of complementary therapy designed to treat the whole person and not just the symptom or disease by assisting the body’s natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself.

What happens during a aromatherapy massage?
Massage is an excellent way in which to apply the essential oils. You will not only receive the therapeutic effects of the essential oils but will benefit greatly from the massage itself. The essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil, the massage is carried out using gentle, relaxing techniques and aids absorption of the essential oils into the body.

My very popular combination treatment of acupuncture, cupping and kore therapy will also include the use of essential oils. All treatments I carry out are unique and tailored to your needs – I don’t use pre-blended oils, so every blend is individually chosen to benefit you.
