Client. Im scared, im scared to look at it.

Counsellor. I can feel that. I feel scared with you but I wonder is it less scary if we face it together

I feel its nice to know you dont have to face things alone. Everyone can have someone if they look for them. Often that step can carry as much fear in my experience but the reward is great
