It's a full Moon tonight! 🌝🌙✨

Well. D day is here. Today I close my Learning Centre after 21 years in the private sector.

And breath as my dear friend Liz says 😊 here goes !!!!

Time to be proud, to celebrate, to reflect and look forward.

Thank you to all the wonder staff and students who made Bhilc what it stands for today. A place of new hopes, new dreams new opportunities but mostly of love nurture and care.

Thank you to you all. I walk away today having had not a career but a passionate vocation that I have loved for nearly 40 years. How many can say that, not many I suspect. 💕

Thank you to friends and my family, to my brothers my mum and dad, Jon and Paul for bring there to hold me up and encourage me when I needed it most.

🎉 Here’s to another few years of working flexibility and adventure I am not retiring fully yet. I am only 19. Of no that’s in my head. Never mind. 😂😂😂😂❤️

Time to be proud and look after myself too. Time to celebrate 🎊 ###

It is with some sadness that after 21 years of private tuition and 16 years of day time provision that we have decided to close BHILC on the 11th July 2019.

We will still be providing some private tuition for GCSE students and Cath has contacts with local tutors so please feel free to contact her and she will try her best to help in the future.

Cath would like to thank all the staff who have been involved in this journey over the past 21 years, we have certainly had a positive effect on hundreds of young people in the area.

Cath would also like to thank all past and present students and parents many of whom she is sure will stay in contact.
She would love to see as many of you as possible at our final presentation celebration which is to be held on Thursday 11th July 2019 from 12.30 - 3pm please contact the page if you are able to attend so we can cater for numbers.

Finally although this is an end of a chapter for BHILC, Real Education will be stepping into our footsteps to provide support for Leicestershire young people moving forward.

Once again Thank-you to all for your time and support over the years! It’s been a rollercoaster but with many great memories.
