I have to share this Christmas photo from 2015 of my lovely Arron as it always makes me smile. There are always “subtle” signs when a toddler is still being breastfed 🤣

The Christmas Period can be a really tough time for new mums who are having breastfeeding difficulties as hands-on feeding support can be so much harder to access. In order to try and fill this gap I will be working all over the Christmas period apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day should anyone need urgent help with their babies.

Christmas can be an exciting time when a new baby arrives - but for some new mums it can interrupt the process of establishing breastfeeding in those very important early days. Make sure you take care of yourself mums, hold your babies close, keep them fed regularly and don't feel guilty for taking yourself away when you and your baby need some rest and uninterrupted bonding and feeding time x
