I don’t advertise individual services like many therapists do — such as hot stones, Swedish, or deep tissue etc.

Instead, I offer customised sessions designed around your needs on the day. (consultation dependant)

Hydration & massage are a powerful duo when it comes to wellness and recovery.💆🏻‍♀️💧

Hydration:
Fuel for your muscles 💪🏼
Water helps transport nutrients, flush out toxins and keeps muscles resilient.

Massage:
Boosts Circulation and Relaxation🫀
Relieves muscle tension, improves blood flow, reduces stress and supports lymphatic drainage.

Before a massage:
Being well-hydrated improves circulation & makes tissues more responsive, enhancing the massages effectiveness.

After a massage:
Water helps flush out waste released during the massage, reduces soreness and promotes faster recovery.

Best Practices 🧘

To hydrate before & after your massage - aim for at least 500ml of water before and 1L after.

Pair with electrolytes if you've been sweating or exercising.

Avoid alcohol & caffeine - I don't just state this in your aftercare advice to be a kill joy. Both can dehydrate you & refill your body with "nasties".

Particularly after massages your body is trying to heal itself staying hydrated & being mindful of what you fed it will promote recovery.

Mindfulness isn’t about silencing the mind—it’s about noticing, allowing, and gently guiding yourself back to the present. 🌿

This week, try:
🌸 A few deep belly breaths before you start your day.
🌸 Noticing the small joys around you—sunlight, birdsongs, or a warm cup of tea.
🌸 Speaking kindly to yourself as you would to a loved one.

As winter approaches, I kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. This is important not only for your own wellbeing but also for mine, other clients & families. If you are unable to attend, please let me know at your earliest convenience, and I will do my best to rearrange your appointment.

Top Tips for Staying Healthy This Winter:
🌿Eat well– include plenty of fruit and vegetables to boost your immune system.
💧Stay hydrated– even in colder months, drinking enough water is important.
💤Rest well– aim for good-quality sleep to help your body recover and stay strong.
🚶Keep active– gentle exercise, even a short walk, can improve mood and immunity.
🧣Wrap up warm– protect yourself from cold weather with layers, hats, and scarves.
🧼Practice good hygiene– regular hand washing helps reduce the spread of germs.
