The wolf moon, is Often linked to:
Inner strength and resilience
Instinct and intuition
Connection to oneโ€™s inner voice

Many people see the Wolf Moon as a time for reflection, setting intentions, and grounding at the start of the year.

Instead of setting resolutions this year you can choose a way of being instead.

Maybe say:
โ€œLike the wolf, I protect what sustains me & release what no longer serves me"

Or

A: Please arrive at time of appointment & I will collect you from the enterance area. We will then head down to the massage room, fill out a short consultation form, discuss expectations, any areas of tension, and then you simply relax while I take care of the rest. ๐Ÿค—

Hydration & massage are a powerful duo when it comes to wellness and recovery.๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ง

Hydration:
Fuel for your muscles ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Water helps transport nutrients, flush out toxins and keeps muscles resilient.

Massage:
Boosts Circulation and Relaxation๐Ÿซ€
Relieves muscle tension, improves blood flow, reduces stress and supports lymphatic drainage.

Before a massage:
Being well-hydrated improves circulation & makes tissues more responsive, enhancing the massages effectiveness.

After a massage:
Water helps flush out waste released during the massage, reduces soreness and promotes faster recovery.

Best Practices ๐Ÿง˜

To hydrate before & after your massage - aim for at least 500ml of water before and 1L after.

Pair with electrolytes if you've been sweating or exercising.

Avoid alcohol & caffeine - I don't just state this in your aftercare advice to be a kill joy. Both can dehydrate you & refill your body with "nasties".

Particularly after massages your body is trying to heal itself staying hydrated & being mindful of what you fed it will promote recovery.
