NEW chair and standing Pilates
Wednesday's 10.30am from March 2026.
A class designed for folk that aren't able to do mat work Pilates.
A small class of 8 people focused on balance, coordination and strengthening with light weights and resistance bands.
Using The Body Control Pilates method to gain confidence in practical movement patterns for life.
