Rocket Yoga is a playful sequence influenced by Ashtanga. Expect arm balances, creative transitions and lots of opportunities to get upside down
Abi will lead the Rocket sequence, blending Rocket 1 and Rocket 2. Jaz will guide you through arm balances in breakout sections during the workshop flow.

Inversions and arm balances to expect:
• Bakasana (Crow, including variations side crow/ fallen angel/ transitions )
• Sirsasana (Headstand and variations)
• Eka Pada Koudinyasana (Flying Splits)
• Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon)
• Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand)
• Ganda Berundasana( Chinstand ) and more !!

This 90-minute class blends breath, strength, and mindful movement into an energising flow designed to challenge your body and focus your mind.
You’ll move through the Journey Into Power sequence - a set of progressive poses linked with breath - beginning with grounding work, building heat through strong standing flows, and exploring balance, backbends, core work, and deep stretching. Regular Yoga Practice certainly offers Flexibility and strength but how about little prep before the class with our resistances bands ?

My new favourite Yoga prop ….
Using resistance bands before a yoga class can be a beneficial warm-up, helping to activate and prepare muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. Resistance bands can be incorporated into a warm-up routine to target specific muscle groups, increasing blood flow and preparing the body for the more demanding poses in the yoga session.
