Bank holiday reset 🌿✨

This weekend looked like slow mornings, fresh air, campfires, muddy walks, and switching off in beautiful Wales ⛺️

As much as I love helping my clients feel relaxed and restored, it’s just as important that I take time to recharge too.

It’s beneficial to rest afterward and let your body integrate these effects slowly.
