As Mental Health Awareness Week came to a close yesterday, we're reminded that taking care of our mental wellbeing is just as important as our physical health β and small steps can make a big difference.
Last week, our Senior Leadership Team laced up their trainers and went out for a "Walk and Talk" - not just to take a break from a planning day and to enjoy the nice weather, but to open up conversations about mental health, support each other, and lead by example.
πΆββοΈπ¬ Walking and talking is a powerful way to connect, decompress, and make space for the important conversations we all need sometimes.
At Everyone Health, we're committed to breaking down the stigma around mental health and creating a culture where talking is encouraged, and support is always available.
Let's keep the momentum going β one step, one chat, and one act of kindness at a time. π
