Feeling tired isn't the problem. Feeling like you’re not allowed to be tired is.
Burnout isn’t about being weak or ungrateful.
It’s about a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode for far too long.
We’ve been sold the lie that rest is earned. That calm is lazy. That success must cost your sanity.

Breaking Free from Shame's Deception 🌟
Shame has a sneaky way of whispering lies, making us point fingers at ourselves for our pain. 🌪️🤫
Remember this: Shame distorts reality. It convinces us we're at fault when, in truth, it's often external factors or past traumas speaking. 🌫️
When you hear that voice saying, "It's all your fault," take a moment. Reflect. Challenge that voice. Find compassion for yourself. ❤️
You are more than the stories shame tells you. Break free, embrace your worth, and remember that healing begins with understanding, not blame.

Confidence is a skill you build, but it does ebb and flow, especially when you're pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone and trying new things. Of course, there are ways to 'manage' that building of confidence in a chaotic world.
Confidence can be built through the things you do and through the feedback you will get from those around you, whether family, professionals, community, or support. Belief creates confidence, too.
I also don't think you necessarily have confidence in everything you do. It's similar to resilience. Over time, you can develop yourself to be equipped with these traits.
So, I ask YOU: What does your lack of confidence prevent you from doing? Maybe it's speaking up at meetings, pursuing a promotion, or making a career shift.
** Confidence can be acquired, developed, encouraged, and appreciated. However, I think you need to be in the correct frame of mind first, or it doesn't matter how confident you feel.

Andrea’s journey was not plain sailing!
She had to move countries from UK to New Zealand and back to the UK, in less than a year, after a divorce. Being a single parent was fraught with many challenges and building resilience was the only way to overcome her struggles.
As her children grew Andrea knew she had to create a new life for herself, so she qualified in subjects that would strengthen her mindset and resilience. Andrea found the courage and confidence to become happy and successful in business and life once more.
Andrea’s vision is to build a global community of empowered women leading them to a life of extraordinary success, happiness and freedom.
