Feeling tired isn't the problem. Feeling like you’re not allowed to be tired is.
Burnout isn’t about being weak or ungrateful.
It’s about a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode for far too long.
We’ve been sold the lie that rest is earned. That calm is lazy. That success must cost your sanity.
But here’s what I know after working with countless high-performing women:
