Yes me 🙌 Just completed my 20th run with the Couch to 5K app.
7 weeks ago I was running in one minute blocks.
Today, I’ve just completed my third 25 minute run in the past week.
Go me!
And if anyone was watching me run through Hindhead Common they may or may not have seen dance my way up the hilly bits and skip along in my 5 minute warm down walk 🤣
Couldn’t have done this without calming my nervous system down first, and reconnecting to my body.
Sound and embodiment may feel spiritually woo woo but this is the effect it’s had me.
Fitter, stronger and more flexible that I’ve ever been in my 55 years in this planet.
