🌍 Happy Earth Day 2026! 🌱

Today is a reminder that the planet we call home needs our care every single day.

From the air we breathe to the water we drink, everything is connected. Small actions like reducing waste, saving energy, and protecting nature can make a real difference when we all take part.

Small choices you make each day will support a healthier, more sustainable future, for ourselves and for generations to come.

The Earth gives us so much, it’s time we give back. 💚

🌲🌳 Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) 🌳🌲

Forest bathing is not about hiking miles or breaking a sweat. It’s about slowing down, breathing deeply, and letting nature do what it does best: restore you.

✨ Time among trees can lower stress hormones, improve mood, and sharpen focus.

No gear. No pressure. Just presence.

Ready to reconnect?

Reconnect, Relax, and Recharge: Mindfulness in Nature for Your Wellbeing

13/04/2026

Did you know that April is both Earth Month and Stress Awareness Month? 🌍🌿

At TFBI, we see these two as perfectly connected. This year’s Earth Month theme, ‘Our Power, Our Planet,’ reminds us that we have the strength to protect our environment. Meanwhile, Stress Awareness Month’s theme, ‘ ,’ encourages us to look after our mental well-being.

When we step into the forest for a Forest Bathing+ session, we aren’t just relaxing: we’re reconnecting. Peer-reviewed research shows that spending mindful time in nature can help lower cortisol levels and boost our mood. By healing ourselves, we develop a deeper appreciation for the natural environments that sustain us. 🌳✨

Science tells us that the very air we breathe in biodiverse natural spaces contains phytoncides that support our immune system. It’s a beautiful cycle: the healthier the planet, the healthier we are. How are you connecting with nature this month to manage your stress? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments! 👇
