A bespoke retreat haven nestled under giant beech trees on the Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex border where your uniqueness is met with curated offerings during your stay. She teaches Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. She is passionate about the mind/body/spirit connection which reveals itself in respiration, posture, movement and muscle tone. With 8 years' well-being experience (emotional coaching, level 3 reiki, taoist massage), Nic incorporates her sensitivity, knowledge and intuition to transmit the ancient yogic practices of pranayama, asana, meditation and philosophy. The classes will hopefully provide a space from everyday routine, a moment to try and let go of the mind, in order to re-meet life from a truer to self perspective. She has led children's movement/mindfulness classes over the years, and has experience teaching French and English to children too. Being 'Mum' to 3 children of her own in this screen-focused age, has highlighted the need for, and benefits of, taking time out from this inactive, artificial lifestyle. She takes great joy in sharing her experience, and in learning from each and every being she meets. She is currently studying anatomy and physiology with the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy and regularly attends classes and courses pertinent to the moment for her. She is deeply grateful to her teachers, past and present: Nieves Lahuerta, Raquel Alves, Richard Freeman, Elie l'Antoine, Nathalie Crocetti, Celine Hellegouarch, Elaine Moellers, Matthieu Charton, Michael Gallasch, Sabine Nguyen.
