38g Protein | Serves 4 | Quick, Tasty & Easy
Protein is essential for muscle repair, recovery, and maintaining strength — which is why we love this recipe. This baked cod with puy lentils delivers a powerful 38g of protein per serving with just 12g of fat, making it a nourishing, balanced choice after class or a busy day.
Why we love it:
✔ High-quality protein for lean muscle support
✔ Fibre-rich lentils for steady energy
✔ Omega-rich white fish
✔ Ready in under 20 minutes
Pro tip: Add a splash of veg stock or a few chopped tinned tomatoes to keep everything beautifully moist while baking.
Wellness in the heart of the Surrey Hills 💛
Recipe adapted from BBC Good Food.

Harissa-crumbed fish with lentils & peppers
Serves 4 – 38grams Protein, Quick, Tasty and Easy!
Prep 15 mins, cook 15mins
2 x 200g pouches cooked puy lentils
200g jar roasted red peppers
drained and torn into chunks
50g black olives from a jar, roughly chopped
1 lemon zested and cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
4 x 140g cod fillets - (or another white fish)
100g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp harissa
½ small pack flat-leaf parsley chopped
TIP! – We found this needed a little fluid to keep nice and moist, try a little veg stock, tinned tomatoes or whatever you fancy.

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix the lentils, peppers, olives, lemon zest, 2 tbsp oil and some seasoning in a roasting tin. Top with the fish fillets. Mix the breadcrumbs, harissa and the remaining oil and put a few spoonfuls on top of each piece of fish. Bake for 12-15 mins until the fish is cooked, the topping is crispy and the lentils are hot. Scatter with the parsley and squeeze over the lemon wedges.

Our Story

A Physiotherapy & Pilates Practice based in Hindhead. Our physiotherapists use the latest innovative treatment & rehabilitation techniques. We also offer Physio-led Pilates, sports massage and acupuncture.

We have highly experienced physiotherapists trained in up-to-date techniques including treatment of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), vestibular rehabilitation, the fascial system, trauma and orthopaedics, treatment of chronic pain and much more. Our goal is to always help you achieve functional mobility that will have you leaving our clinic well informed and confident that your health in in good hands.

We also run physio-led Pilates classes. Our clinically trained physiotherapists, who are also APPI accredited, will design an individual programme specific to your needs and objectives.

To compliment the 1:1 Pilates classes, we run group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes to suit all abilities. On Mondays we teach Men's Pilates designed to improve performance and strengthen neglected muscle groups and we also run Post-natal Pilates on Tuesday mornings.
