Hindley Slimming World Thursday with Nicola Lose weight eating real food without ever feeling hungry with our amazing Food Optimising plan My name is Nicola and I run a Slimming World group in Hindley.

You will find us every Thursday at Hindley Independent Methodist Church. I myself joined as a slimmer feeling really unhappy with myself and lacked in motivation. I went on to lose just short of 6 stone and felt amazing. I went from being unable to walk up the stairs without feeling breathless to running 5k daily. Lockdown life got in the way which has taken me away from the target I had set mysel

After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, he struggled with side effects from medication and felt stuck. That changed when he rejoined Slimming World – this time, he stayed to group and fully embraced the plan.
