Im looking forward to playing my singing bowls again this Saturday!!

Everyone welcome to come along to the Feel Good Meditations at the Church this Sat 30th November.
We will be doing the usual shorter meditations including a drum journey meditation followed by relaxation with singing bowls.
The doors will be open from 2pm to come in and get settled. Bring a blanket or something cozy to lay down on if you like.

The exchange is £10 and refreshments are provided.
