“I would just like to say how impressed I was with the two carers who attended JC yesterday. I was very impressed by their professionalism and also the care that they showed to JC and her husband.
They were not just ‘going through the motions’, they genuinely cared about JC and her welfare. When JC asked about a sore that she had recently, they were thorough in looking at the site where the sore was, and reassured JC that the sore had heeled up and was not present at current.
