Thank you to everyone who came to our Members Appreciation Party and N8 Health's 5th Birthday Celebrations.

We all had a great evening with great company. We truly appreciate every single one of you. There were only a select few who got awards on the night, but we believe you should all have one for the dedication you show towards your own health. Keep it up 😀.

Our wonderful member Rebecca completed 800,000 😮 steps in our Step-tember Challenge. She was a truly worthy winner and fully deserves the pressies. You're Amazing Rebecca 🤩, well done.

And well done to all our member who let us know their steps throughout September. It was all about moving and you all certainly did that.
