Breathe & Focus through January!
Have a look at this video and join Nikita with some diaphragm breathing.
It's amazing how this simple breathing exercise can have such a calming affect on your nervous system. We urge you to try this and add it into your daily routine.
Just sit there an try it. Relax those shoulders, deep breath in, hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat a few times and feel the difference. Then try add breathing through the diaphragm into your normal breathing without the hold. You'll notice a calmness & control when dealing with pressing situations.
These go hand in hand with Chiropractic adjustments to enter the parasympathetic nervous system. Don't believe me...try it.
