🎄Our Christmas tree is back home after a wonderful weekend at the Christmas Tree Festival.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, admired our creation, and took the time to leave a message. We have been truly moved by the words shared from those with personal experiences of dementia.

We’re delighted to be taking part in the Hitchin Christmas Tree Festival again this year! 🎄✨

Our tree, “The Foxholes Forget-Me-Not Dementia Tree,” has been created in honour of those living with dementia and in remembrance of those we hold dear. 💙
