I am holding a very special circle for March as it’s The Sister Sanctuary’s 2nd birthday! 🎉

It has been a beautiful journey and I am so grateful for the love and growth that has been shared and created in this space 🫶🏻

I have planned a 3-hour journey of softness, release, and gentle awakening

What to expect:

✨ Connection & Arrival – A warm welcome with floral-infused tea, gentle grounding, and a moment of heart-centered connection.

✨ Mind Massage Meditation (with face mask) – A guided meditation infused with beautiful music to help you melt away whilst a gentle, nourishing face mask nourishes your skin, encouraging deep self-connection and inner stillness.

✨ Self-Love Massage Ritual – Learn a sacred self-massage technique, using beautifully scented oils to ease tension, nurture your body, and invite self-care into your daily life.

✨ Planting of Intentions Ritual – Write down a personal intention for the new season and plant it alongside seeds, symbolizing renewal, growth and new beginnings.

✨ Fire Release Ceremony – A sacred ritual to release the past and step fully into spring’s warmth and possibility. Watch as your written intentions infuses into the sky, making space for growth, joy, and transformation.

✨ Closing Circle & Integration – A final moment of reflection, where each woman receives a small, heartfelt token to carry the energy of renewal home with her.

✨💖If you’re feeling isolated and in need of some connection, then come join our loving and supportive circle, where the whole point is to be completely yourself and set yourself free of expectations in a safe and non judgmental space 💖✨

Masking how you feel to the outside world can be exhausting and stressful leading to burnout and isolation.

Owing our real feelings can be scary for people which is why I created the circle of like minded women to be a safe space for tears to flow, anger to be realised in a healthy way and laughter to bring us back to our joy centre.

My most frequent feedback after circle is women saying they didn’t realise how much they needed it until they came! They feel lighter, more empowered, less alone and happier that they have released and learned something new 🥰

Who reading this, suffers with burnout?

I am doing some market research around this subject as I want to improve as a life coach and it would be super helpful to know what women are struggling with and how best I can help!

I would greatly appreciate it if those suffering from burnout could answer 5 questions for me that could give me a better understanding around how burnout effects women and what it is that they desire if this was to change.

Our organisation is dedicated to providing education and support to mothers and women during challenging times, guiding them on a transformative journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. Through our heartfelt commitment to values such as Inclusion, Growth, Community, Learning, and Opportunities, we strive to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every woman feels valued and empowered.

At the core of our mission is the belief that by coming together as a community of women, we can uplift and inspire one another to break free from limitations and embrace our full potential. Through meaningful connections and shared experiences, we aim to shift the narrative from ‘I can’t because...’ to ‘I absolutely CAN!’ – creating a culture of confidence, resilience, and empowerment.

In line with our values, we are going to offer a diverse range of programs and initiatives designed to support women at every stage of their journey. From online events and in-person events to seminars and educational workshops, we provide a platform for women to connect, learn, and grow together. These opportunities not only empower women with practical knowledge and skills but also foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within our community. All this with the added bonus of bringing your little ones with you to all of our events, we are child friendly so we are able to support woman and mothers to get the support they need.

🌻🌸🌺Happy Beltane!🪻🌷🌻

Beltane is a Celtic festival marking the beginning of summer ☀️, celebrated with bonfires 🔥, dancing 💃🏻 , and rituals to honor fertility 🤰🏻and growth.

Beltane spiritually represents fertility, growth, and the union of masculine and feminine energies, symbolizing the peak of spring and the coming of summer.

Balancing masculine and feminine energies refers to achieving harmony between qualities traditionally associated with masculinity (such as strength, action, and assertiveness) and those associated with femininity (such as nurturing, intuition, and receptivity). This balance is believed to foster wholeness, inner peace, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world.

On Beltane, people often perform rituals such as lighting bonfires, dancing around Maypoles, creating flower crowns, performing fertility rites, and engaging in outdoor activities to celebrate the renewal of life and the abundance of the Earth 🌍

What a beautiful and soul enriching weekend!

We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve released anger, we’ve played like children, we’ve learned more about life and each other but most importantly, we’ve connected through vulnerability and openness.
