✨ A beautiful collaboration this Thursday ✨
I’m so excited to be teaming up with Matt Alexander – Physiotherapist & Pranic Therapist for a Twin Hearts Meditation evening, where science, energy, and herbal wisdom come together.

Matt brings a truly unique approach through Pranic Physiotherapy, blending his extensive NHS physiotherapy background with Pranic Healing a non-invasive energy therapy that works with the body’s natural ability to heal itself. His work bridges physical rehabilitation, emotional wellbeing, and energetic balance in a way that feels both grounded and powerful.

To gently close the session, I’ll be guiding a herbal tea tasting & short energetics meditation, pairing two bespoke blends created especially for this evening:
💚 Heart Chakra Tea
Designed to support emotional openness, compassion, and healthy energetic boundaries — a softening, nourishing blend for the centre of giving and receiving.
👑 Crown Chakra Tea
Created to encourage mental clarity, calm awareness, and a sense of connection — helping the mind settle and the energy lift.

Together, we’ll move from clearing and activation, into grounded presence, finishing with a sensory ritual you can feel in your body, not just think about.
These blends will be available to purchase after the session, so you can continue the practice at home 🫖✨

If you’re curious about energy, healing, or simply carving out space to reconnect with yourself — this evening is for you.

🌿 Wellness Wednesday
Tomorrow from 2pm 🌿

Tomorrow afternoon we’ll once again be welcoming the wonderful David Nash, who’ll be popping along with a few soft musical instruments to gently fill the space with sound, rhythm and warmth 🎶

There’s no performance, no pressure just a relaxed invitation to come along, have a warm drink, enjoy a friendly chat, and join in if you feel called to.

Last week brought smiles, laughter and a beautiful sense of togetherness and that’s exactly what Wellness Wednesday is all about.

✨ Community spirit
✨ Gentle connection
✨ A safe, welcoming space to simply be
Whether you stay for five minutes or the whole afternoon, you are always welcome.
We’re growing this gathering slowly, kindly and with heart just as all good things should be.

🫖 From 2pm onwards
Come for a cuppa, a chat, or a little jam.

🌿 Herb of the Week: Dill
Anethum graveolens

This underestimated delicate, feathery herb does far more than brighten a dish, dill has a long history in folk medicine and is a beautiful ally for digestion, calm, and women’s wellness.

✨ Herbal Benefits
🌱 Digestive Support
Dill is rich in aromatic volatile oils that help soothe bloating, cramping, wind, and sluggish digestion. Traditionally used after meals to support a happy, comfortable belly.
🌱 Calming & Relaxing
The gentle carminative nature of dill helps quiet the nervous system, easing tension and promoting a sense of lightness and ease, perfect for those who “hold their stress in the gut.”
I have sipped dill tea and had great results for my tummy issues.
🌱 Women’s Wellness
Historically, dill seeds have been used to help ease menstrual discomfort and support comfort during hormonal fluctuations. Pair with a slice of fresh lemon to uplift the taste and adding a few fennel seeds is a great compliment.
🌱 Fresh Breath & Oral Health
Chewing dill seeds was an old herbal trick for freshening the breath and for good reason. Its aromatic oils help cleanse and refresh.

🌱 Antioxidant-Rich
Dill contains flavonoids that support overall wellness and cellular health.

✨ How to Use Dill
💧 Herbal Tea — Steep 1 teaspoon lightly crushed seeds in hot water for 10 minutes to soothe digestion.
🥗 Add to Food — Fresh dill is beautiful with fish, eggs, potatoes, cucumber dishes, or homemade dips.
🌿 Seed Remedy — Carry a pinch of dill seeds as an old-fashioned digestive soother.
🧂 Infused Vinegar — Create a mineral-rich digestive tonic.

🪷 Energetic & Folklore
Dill has been associated with protection and calm since ancient times. It was often hung above doorways or added to meals for peace, clarity, and good fortune. It is also a great decoration.

These festive boards will be available throughout the whole Christmas period, perfect for sharing, celebrating, or adding a touch of sparkle to your visit.
