We get it.

It’s really hard to know if your pelvic floor is functioning as it should be.

There is lots of information on weak, tight, overactive, or stiff pelvic floor muscles and it’s hard to know right?

You may experience some of the symptoms listed but that does not always correlate to what your pelvic floor is doing.

The gold standard is to be assessed by a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Then you will know and be guided by a bespoke rehab plan.

If you already know your pelvic floor is weak so you know we are starting a 5 week pelvic floor Pilates course next week Monday 23rd Feb 5:30-6:30 ?
