⭐ New Year, New Me... Or Maybe Not?

⭐ We've survived January, only 2 days left before Feburary hits and Spring feels like it's on the horizon! This always feels like a weight off Sam's shoulders because she finds the come-down from Christmas and the dark, cold, wet January drag on longer than necessary.

👶🏼 A Story of Motherhood: Recovery

👶🏼 The next blog in the Motherhood Story series is all about recovery. It is Sam's first hand experience of what happened from just after delivery up to a few weeks after returning home. Sam is choosing to share these personal perspectives because, when she was preparing for birth and recovery she hadn't even considered a c-section could be on the cards and felt totally unprepared for what came next.

👶🏼 The next blog in the Motherhood Story series is all about labour and delivery. It is Sam's first hand experience of what happened from the moment she found out she was in latent labour up to the delivery of her beautiful baby. Sam is choosing to share these personal perspectives because, when she was preparing for labour, it was difficult to find anything other than textbook perfect deliveries or something that seemed to be pulled straight from a horror story. 🤰🏻 A Story of Motherhood: Pregnancy

🤰🏻 After my deliberation, Sam has decided to share her experience of each stage of her transition into motherhood. Generally she keeps the personal details personal. But she found it difficult to find any firsthand accounts of the less glamourous side of pregancy, birth and recovery.

🤰🏻 Much of what she found online was either fitness influencers with dreamy pregnancies who were still able to throw barbells around in the gym at 39 weeks, or people who were able to financially access a vast number of professionals to look after them when things were tricky. There wasn't a lot out of insight for people who sit in the middle: enter Sam!

🤰🏻 The experiences will be split into pregnancy, labour, recovery and first year of being a mum. ⭐ New Service: Ultimate Running Package 👟🏃

🏃 We are really excited to announce the launch of our Ultimate Running Package - all the info, help and products you need to build resilience, recover from your runs, improve your physical health and beat those pesky injuries!

🏃 This package is for ALL runners, no matter whether you like a casual weekend 3k plod, or aiming for your 10th ultra-marathon, we have got you covered. This is far from a one-size-fits-all, each plan is specifically tailored depending on distance and goals because Tas has designed this herself.

🏃 This is a package of 6 appointments ideally scheduled over 12-16 weeks (flexibility in the schedule is possible). The aim is to address all aches, pains and injuries both current and historical, as well as provide a comprehesive info booklet on all health aspects of running. The goal is to improve your performance so you can be a successful, resilient runner!
