These beautiful instruments create vibrations that move through the body, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and bring you into deep rest.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is linked to the Wood element - a time of growth, movement, and flowing energy (Qi). When that flow gets stuck, we can feel irritable, tense, or restless.
