and that it was designed as a piece of furniture, that changed into a workout piece.

✨ Kundalini Yoga for Stress Relief ✨

If your nervous system feels like it’s been living on strong coffee and to-do lists, Kundalini Yoga is your reset button.

Doing Pilates should feel as simple as 1, 2, 3 ✨
But so often it’s taught in a way that feels overcomplicated.

“Do I pull my abs in before I lift my legs?”

“Do I inhale to nod my chin, exhale to lift my head, inhale at the top, exhale to float my legs?”

“Do I start again if my pelvis isn’t perfectly still?”

By the time you’ve processed all of that, you’re no longer moving - you’re stuck in your head.

So let’s strip it back.

😍 Reformer is amazing… BUT

✨ It’s only one part of the Pilates story.
✨ There’s a big difference between “doing reformer” and practicing the full traditional method.

Meet Chris - our Tai Chi Teacher

Chris has practiced Tai Chi and other martial arts for much of his life. They have been something that have kept him grounded, healthy and happy for many years.

He teaches these incredible arts to people of all backgrounds, age groups and physical abilities.

Tai Chi and Xing Yi, look at enhancing our mind body connection, so that we become ‘Embodied’ and are able to move and generate force in a unified and powerful way.

The mind, breath and body harmonise into something that is far greater than the sum of its parts.

We are relaxed, rooted to the floor, dynamic and strong.

What. A. Night. 🥳
Our launch party truly was the talk of the town and we’re still floating on the energy 💫

From the outstanding food by the incredible chef (honestly… devoured in minutes 😋) to the branded biscuits by that everyone could not stop talking about 🍪✨

It was joy, connection and good vibes all round.
