Here are Covid19 measures I am taking during the days I carry treatments at Back On Track Gym.

For me hair up, protective vizor,
Hand sanitizer before and after every client, and I will wear a fresh top for each client also. I am giving myself half an hour between client to disinfect and clean, and let the room air.

I never use the same towels anyway (!) But now I have time to put them away in the car to keep the space cleaner, and freer of any possible contamination .

So overall more cleanliness and so more time in between clients for the cleaning.

I am trusting you, the client, not to come in if you feel poorly in any way, (similarly I won't), but I ask youto sanitize hands and have hair up if possible.
