So myself and the lovely Becky Currell met Dr Marilyn Glenville today at her lecture on how to balance your hormones naturally.

For those who don’t know her, she’s a leading expert in women’s health. We both learnt lots about correct nutrition, hormones, peri menopause and menopause. This is something we will both find useful in our work.

Becky runs a midlife crisis group for ladies which is excellent!
