After a lovely trial, we’re starting Mums Fit Club every week. An hour just for you, in a small group of max five, whether you’re starting your fitness journey or continuing it.
We appreciate finding time for your health can feel hard at times. Life is busy, routines change and sometimes you just need a bit of support to get back into the flow.
That’s where Charlie comes in.
He’ll guide each session, create circuits that suit the group and be there to support you throughout. You get the benefit of personal training, but shared… so it feels accessible, supportive and manageable.
Sessions are £10 per person, per hour (based on five people).
If you’d like to get involved, let us know as soon as you can as spaces are limited. Once we have five, we start. (First come, first served.)
So come solo, or, grab your mum friends and join together. Send us a DM to save your spot.
(Note: Babies and children are very welcome to attend, but please note we don’t have crèche facilities and parents remain responsible for their little ones during the session.)
