How to break through a plateau 💥

It’s frustrating being stuck with an exercise at a certain weight and seeing no progress.

Here’s 3 things to look at to help you break through…

1) Psychology - it could simply be a mental block. Get someone to spot you, remove the worry of failure by knowing there’s help if you need it.

2) Mobility - understanding your ROM is vital to knowing how you can move a weight, if you’re trying to work outside your natural ROM you will find a lot more resistance and could lean towards injury. Keep it in your range!

3) Stability - Don’t neglect the muscles around the working muscle. It’s no good having a strong chest and weak shoulders. And especially remember the power of your core!
