After a lovely trial, we’re starting Mums Fit Club every week. An hour just for you, in a small group of max five, whether you’re starting your fitness journey or continuing it.

We appreciate finding time for your health can feel hard at times. Life is busy, routines change and sometimes you just need a bit of support to get back into the flow.

That’s where Charlie comes in.

He’ll guide each session, create circuits that suit the group and be there to support you throughout. You get the benefit of personal training, but shared… so it feels accessible, supportive and manageable.

Sessions are £10 per person, per hour (based on five people).

If you’d like to get involved, let us know as soon as you can as spaces are limited. Once we have five, we start. (First come, first served.)

So come solo, or, grab your mum friends and join together. Send us a DM to save your spot.

(Note: Babies and children are very welcome to attend, but please note we don’t have crèche facilities and parents remain responsible for their little ones during the session.)

You might be watching other people weight training and thinking… I’d love to start, but I don’t know where to begin.

Our Philip sharing his thoughts on progress. Yes, stats, progress markers, recovery rates and PBs all matter. They give direction and help us measure change. But what really stands out to us is the confidence our clients build along the way.

Here Charlie shows us how to complete the TRX Cossack squat. A controlled, deep stretch that targets the hips and hamstrings, helping build mobility, strength and confidence through range.

Using the TRX straps allows you to access a deeper position without compromising technique, making it a great option if you’re working on hip mobility or easing into this movement.

Here’s a testimonial from one of Charlie’s clients, who he’s been working with following a herniated L5–S1 disc and ongoing sciatic nerve pain….

“I started working with Charlie in February last year, after herniating my L5-S1 disc in the August before. I had been in a lot of pain due to sciatic nerve impingement and muscle spasms, with no idea how to manage the pain. I spotted a Ferraro Method flyer in a local coffee shop and reaching out to the team was the best thing I did for my injury. Charlie was incredibly supportive from the start and we slowly re-built my movement, strength and mobility.

I noticed the difference in my pain levels almost immediately, the movements were helping massively. He spent a lot of time working on my program and adapted our plans in line with the recovery of my injury. I was completely pain free within a few months, which enabled me to re-start running and rugby (not to mention work without constant pain and enjoy my weekends again!).

I still work with Charlie for strength and conditioning alongside my other sports, as a preventative and strengthening measure going forward.”
