Waxing Flower Moon Sound Journey
6th April | Highover School
Thank you to everyone who joined me beneath the rising Flower Moon for an evening of resonance, regulation, and reflection.
The journey opened with the soft rhythm of the ocean drum, inviting breath, flow, and the gentle release of tension.
We moved into a sequence of crystal singing bowls tuned to the 432 Hz scale:
• D – 288 Hz
• E – 324 Hz
• F – 342 Hz
• G – 384 Hz
• A – 432 Hz
These tones worked to align the energetic body, soothe the mind, and create spaciousness within.
To deepen the grounding, the C bowl at 256 Hz was introduced — a root frequency known to stimulate alpha brainwaves, creating calm, clarity, and presence.
As the space opened, the 32-inch symphonic gong emerged — first through a friction mallet, then with the textured resonance of the Crazy Egg, building harmonic complexity and inner stillness.
The Chau gong, played with soft mallets, followed — offering a warm, embracing vibration that invited emotional release and restoration.
From there, we descended into the dreamlike world of theta waves through the powerful low tones of the Paiste No. 5 gong, using a heavy mallet to create a full-body sound arc.
We gently returned with the delicate call of the crystal bowls,
the subtle re-entry of the symphonic gong,
and the grounding presence of the Tibetan bowls.
To close, we moved through:
• The crystalline clarity of the 4096 Hz tuning fork
• A final shimmer of friction mallet
• And the soft chime of tingsha bells
Drawing the experience to stillness — from sound, back to silence.
A complete arc of brainwave re-regulation, vibrational alignment, and deep rest.
