Today marks 3 years since I trained in Reflexology For Menopause

Being Perimenopausal myself and experiencing some of the symptoms it was only natural that I would go on a course to learn how I could support others through their menopause journey.

During the course I learnt the extensive list of symptoms that may be associated with menopause and new techniques on supporting you and offering you the time to pause and relax.

Hello Everyone,

I’m Nicola, I’m 44 years old and perimenopausal, I’m married and have 2 amazing teenagers.

I have been a qualified Massage Therapist for 19 years (retrained while worked full time at the age of 26) and been running Holistic Wellbeing with Nicola since 2013 after being made redundant from my operational analyst position at a bank.

When I left the bank I then trained in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Acupressure Chair massage and advance massage techniques which have helped me to develop my skills and grow my business.

I then went on to train in Reiki and became a Reiki Master and also a Crystal Healing Practitioner. I have also done some continued development courses in supporting you through menopause, pregnancy and cancer.

From my years of experience I have adapted my treatments to suit each individual client that steps into my treatment room to suit them personally so your experience is tailored and unique to you.

And if you have read this far I’m going to share 3 facts about me……
At college I studied performing Arts & Theatre Studies
Im a bit of a Johnny Deep fan
I love 90s and 00s music
