Reflexology and Exam Season
Let me tell you something about Reflexology and my GCSEs.
Back when I was 16 years old and sitting my GCSEs I had regular reflexology which really helped me with relaxation and staying focussed. I then continued to have reflexology for many years afterwards and still have it regularly today.
So you may be wondering how Reflexology can help….
🦶Better Nights Sleep - if you get a good nights sleep you then wake up feeling refreshed and rested.
🦶Releasing Tension - by releasing and tension in your body or mind can really help to stayed focused and relaxed.
🦶Reduction in Stress - by helping your body release the stress or giving you the time to switch of can really help regulate your nervous system and L being calmness to you when you need it the most.
🦶Improving Mood - by improving your mood and changing your mindset can really help you to feel positive about the task ahead.
🦶Relaxation - by having the hour of relaxation away from your busy day or studying can really help with your mind and then you could feel more refreshed to face the task ahead.
