The personal learning space enables me to provide each student with frequent 1:2:1 feedback which is designed to empower my students, encourage them to grow in confidence and thrive in ways that they never imagined.

You do not need to be able to do ‘advanced’ yoga poses to be a powerful yoga teacher. 8 years ago today, I had my dream wedding in Santorini. Not long after, I realised that the life I’d built for myself didn’t feel aligned. I wanted to feel happy. I wanted to feel free. And I didn’t.

So I built a new life.
I got divorced.
Left my corporate job.
Went vegan.
Started my own business.
Made my own work schedule.
Lived in Costa Rica for over a year.
Completed over 1,000 hours of yoga training as a student.
Taught over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher trainings.
Fell in love again.
Bought a house.
Got a dog.
Had a baby.

Was it easy? Absolutely not. I had my fair share of anxiety, panic attacks, tears, moments where I thought I’d lost the plot and questioned absolutely everything. But I kept going. I kept coming back to what felt true.

I’ve learnt that there’s no timeline you need to follow. No one path you have to walk. It’s ok if your life looks different to others. It’s ok to start again. To choose you.

I’m sharing this because I want you to know:
You’re allowed to change your life.
You’re allowed to want more.
You’re allowed to outgrow a version of yourself that no longer fits.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be brave enough to take the first step.

Here’s to building a life that feels like freedom. That feels like you.
