The Yoga Cabin The Yoga Cabin run by Niki and Dean is situated alongside Blackdyke Trout Fly Fishing Lake. A slice of serenity situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

A warm and inviting space dedicated to sharing various levels of the yoga practice. The Yoga Cabin is nestled on the rural Norfolk/Suffolk border, just outside the lovely villages of Feltwell and Hockwold. 16 mat capacity. The intention of the space is to offer beginning level classes that lay the roots, or foundation, for a student’s yoga practice. The more advanced levels help the students discover the motivations and philosophy behind behaviors, thoughts, and actions. Each class offers physical and mental benefits to elevate a student’s yoga practice. We pride ourselves on a strong sense of community in our semi rural environment and cultivating deep connections with all who join us. We are dedicated to uplifting students to develop self-reliance and celebrate the livelihood of the spirit. The studio invites yoga students of all levels to explore, awaken, and liberate the body, mind, and breath.

Due to demand, I am offering a beginners course to run for a 6 week period which will be a short introduction to yoga philosophy and a posture clinic which helps develop a deeper understanding how yoga can promote overall wellness in all areas of your life

Hi all,

Mondays post below but:

Deborahs yoga mat is missing from the cabin. We think someone may have taken it by mistake thinking it was theirs which is easy to do given how many bags are there. I think it's missing from the Christmas Eve Eve morning class. It's a green liforme mat in an oldish liforme bag!! Please check!! Thank you 🙏🏻

Okay most roads to Blackdyke road are clear but Blackdyke road is covered in slick ice/snow so in the interests of safety I'll cancel tonight's class unfortunately!! Sorry but it's super slippery out there!!

I'm heading home shorty and will see how the roads are and if class can run xx. Keep an eye out!!

Hatha/Restorative Yoga (all levels welcome including beginners)
This class incorporates dharma talks on yoga philosophy, group discussion, gentle movement, meditation and sound relaxation

Wednesday 18:30- 19:30

Sunday morning Xmas Eve Eve Eve class tomorrow will start at 9:30 with tea and homemade cake for afters. A few spaces still available so if you feel inclined in the morning, feel free to join us. £10
We should be done by 10:45/11ish.
If I don't see you, Dean, Maya and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas .. Dean and I are off for some winter sun until New Year - full class schedule will be released for week commencing Jan 5th. I'm hoping to start a beginners class for any newbies on Wednesday evenings but the rest of the schedule will probably remain the same as before.
Practice if you can, wherever you are.
May all beings be happy and free - under one sun and one moon wrapped in the love of the entire universe.
