I’m not quite where I want to be, but this photo shows I’m no where near where I was!

Finding the right balance to a healthy lifestyle can be tricky, it has its ups and downs, I know that and as a slimming world consultant I understand the struggles.

In our groups we support change and share ideas on how to maintain those new healthy habits and enjoy real food, the way it is meant to be enjoyed.

Are you taking medication to help lose weight? No problem, I can support to make changes while on those meds to make changes and keep the weight off! It doesn’t have to be us or them ☺️
