My passion is with healing, therapy and coaching - with Reiki at the forefront of all my work. Qualified as an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and with further training in Seichem, Karuna and now Holy Fire Reiki I offer a complete Reiki service including at home healing, guided meditation, one to one coaching and teacher training. All of my Reiki classes are done in small groups to allow for sufficient

time and support. A session with me is completely designed around your needs, and carried out in the comfort of your own home. With almost ten years experience within the Reiki system, and a daily self practice, you can be assured of my complete attention to your healing. My one to one sessions with either Angel Card readings or through the Akashic Records are set to empower you and provide you with intuitive insight in to where you are now and where your focus could be directed. The sessions are deeply healing and my aim is always to provide you with the tools you need to move forward in the best way for you. I have specialism in intuitive work, Akashic records, energy management, psychic protection, the law of attraction and manifestation. I am currently studying under Angel Expert Kyle Gray, and am constantly reading and attending workshops to expand my knowledge and understanding of spiritual and psychological concepts. I also have a passion for guided meditations and facilitate meditation evenings and one to one bespoke meditations for your healing. I am always honoured and humbled when I work with my clients who invite me in to be a part of their healing journey. Integrity is energy

Perhaps that's why we are so exhausted all the time 😳

And no, I'm not saying you're a bad person, and you're out of integrity to the world

But when was the last time you did something that went against your gut

When did you say yes when you meant no

When did you bite your tongue when you had something to say

When did you sign up for something, or not sign up for something because of fear or lack

Rewind a bit

When was the last time you actually really took the space out to listen to what it is that you really, truly, actually want?

And if you're exhausted despite sleeping

Or not sleeping despite being exhausted

There's something deeper going on

Mentally, Spiritually, Physically.

And that's exactly what we work on through my membership and private coaching

Of course it is true, we are energetic beings, and of course we are constantly receiving and picking up on energies all around us.

And that can leave us feeling either 😣 or 🤩 or anything in between

It is also true we hold the energy of the 5 most prominent people around us

(And also our home, community, family, environment etc etc)

However... Has it ever occurred to you... ?

You are the keeper of your mind and body

You are the keeper of your energy

And whilst your empathetic tendencies are and certainly can be transformed in to a super power (a conversation for another day)

What you focus on

What you're letting in

What you're allowing

Those 'external' energies are only responding to our own energy bodies

So the moment you take charge

The moment you command your energy

The moment you express those boundaries

That is the moment that you choose

Choose to receive or transmit or transmute.

And yes, I know, there are layers and levels

There are internal energies to work on and work through

But who needs the rest of it throwing you off

We were reminded of something beautiful, and today - the day I had both a ladybird and a butterfly cross my path, I would like to remind all of you, that like the honeybee, you have a very important job to do.

This all started with one step, one yes, one leap of faith

Now, we are on the path to Mastery

Because I understand how uncomfortable life can be in a human body

I've lived unconsciously, not understanding why and how things happen to me

Because I've 𝒘𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝒖𝒑 and felt the awesome power that we hold

And then I've wondered ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑛 𝐸𝑎𝑟𝑡ℎ to navigate that

I've felt how nice it is to connect with 𝑢𝑝 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒

And then the 𝑐𝑟𝑎𝑠ℎ 𝑑𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑏𝑢𝑟𝑛 of being slammed back down to Earth

I've felt how wonderful it is to be 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕 in the body, accepting it all

And then left wondering ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 to do with all of this

I've researched, explored, sought to understand

Then practiced, questioned, failed and rose again

I have a quest to understand life purpose, and to help others understand theirs

To bring together all the workings of the universe, and the mind, and the body... And all the bits in between

And then make things 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈, and 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆, and 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈, and 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆

I've 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒅 the journey

I've 𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒆𝒅 the questions

I've 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒅 the possibilities

And I've been gifted this ability to be able to share and express and activate these things in you

Life on Earth is meant to be rewarding. Peace, Love, Bliss are available to us all...
