We're excited to introduce Tanya, our new physiotherapist with 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic, and respiratory rehabilitation. Tanya’s passion for movement science, rooted in her background in classical ballet and contemporary dance, drives her commitment to personalized, evidence-based care.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has worked in various clinics and hospitals across South Africa. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in public health, Tanya’s holistic approach focuses on long-term recovery and well-being.
