We finally had a day of sunshine and no rain and we took full advantage of it with an outdoor garden party where those living with us designed their own Easter bonnets to whatever crazy or elegant style they chose!

They had such a good time and we hope to be doing crafts like these every time the Cheshire weather gives us a beautiful day!

On St Patrick's Day we had a fun time as we celebrated all things Irish! From Guinness to Riverdance to a bit of Irish dancing and music, as well as fun Irish and St Patrick's themed crafts and food for everyone!

On Mother's Day we had a delightful treat for those living with us at The Westbourne!

In honour of the lovely ladies living with us, we gave them a full pamper session each, letting them choose their makeup and their skin care and hairstyles, finishing off with More...Relaxation hand and arm massages!

They had a lovely time and we're delighted to have their paparazzi photos afterwards so they could show off their Glam looks!

To kick off the Mother's Day/ Oscar's weekend, the activities team hosted a lush, open invitation tea party for those living with us at The Westbourne!

A special shout out is given to our activities assistant, Hope, who came in early just to make the finger sandwiches by hand and to beautifully present the treats so that our our guests had a visual as well as culinary feast!

This Women's Day we came together and took the time to appreciate all the lovely ladies living with us here at The Westbourne with a relaxing pamper session!

We decorated our pamper station and went around providing massages, manicures, makeup and funky hairdo's as we chatted and laughed with one another. The women living with us felt so special and were so happy to see themselves all dolled up and engaged in More...Connection!

Today was Love Your Pet Day and to celebrate we invited all of those living with us at The Westbourne to pick out their own plush pet to adopt! They took to the plush pets and decided to give names and each of them had their own unique and individual preferences as to which pet they wanted! It was a lovely morning!

This morning was a lovely day as we began our chocolate tasting for Valentine's Day for those living with us here at The Westbourne.

We provided a variety of different types of chocolates - from dark to light - for everyone to try, and even chocolate mousses for those who were unable to have solid chocolate. Everyone was super happy because, who doesn't love chocolate on Valentine's?

We ended the morning by passing out Valentine's cards they had made specifically for the lovely carers here, sending them love and appreciation for all of their hard work!

On Wednesday we had an exciting afternoon for those living with us at The Westbourne!

Elvis, cool and hip as ever, decided to rock and roll with us, and boy did he give us a wonderful show! He is always a welcome presence at The Westbourne, as he invited the residents to "shake rattle and roll"!

Everyone had a fantastic, fun-filled time and we cannot wait to see him come back to us later on this year!
