This client was delighted today 😊with the treatment of her spider naevi on her lip that she had been feeling self-conscious of.

I treated her with advanced electrocautery and the procedure only took a few minutes to perform, with minimal discomfort.

This shows before and immediately after treatment.

What are Spider Naevus? 🕷️

Spider naevi are a central dilated blood vessel with small capillaries radiating out from them resembling spider legs.

What causes spider naevi?

There are a wide range of causes of spider naevi including: physical trauma, over exposure to the sun, changes in hormone levels, liver disease.

It’s important to get any new or changing skin lesion checked with a medical professional such as your GP or Dermatologist.

Skin boosters are a real game changer in giving you stunning radiance, smoothing out fine lines and plumping up the skin but are also a very natural looking enhancement.

Many of my clients like to have skin boosters interspersed with their antiwrinkle treatments to address rejuvenation of the full face. The 5 point lift treatment / the BAP technique with either Profhilo or Seventy Hyal is a firm favourite for me and my clients.

Hydromax 💦also gives fantastic results and is really useful for treating the accordion lines (smile lines on the cheeks).
