They has changed my life and have re-set my mindset to exercise and health. The results were instant from the first class, not so much physically but mentally.....my mindset and focus changed! I felt energised, full of vitality, proud, strong yet bizarrely relaxed! After only 4-6 weeks, my fitness levels had risen and I was noticing some physical signs of muscle gain and tone. WHAT DOES THE CLASS INVOLVE? -

It is all based to music - an uplifting and motivational stream of beats that doesn't stop. It takes you through the journey right from the start to the second it ends. We start with stretching, a focus on breathing and warm ups with squats. We then enter the main workout - the cardio section using light weights over multiple repetitions, building upon core strength, mental focus and breathing techniques. Main muscle groups worked upon are biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders and continuously on the core. We then enter the Abs and core section for approximately 8 minutes and then finish with some calming yoga based stretches at the end. Come along.... the biggest battle is to find the motivation to get to class, fight it, fight it, fight it and I promise when you arrive, there'll be NO REGRETS, JUST RESULTS. Hi, I'm Claire - a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Mum of 2 young children, living in Cranage, Cheshire.

I currently teach 2 classes - The Hour of Power and Metafit. Both are very different classes but both achieve the same amazing results. The Hour of Power is guaranteed to make you feel amazing, energised, fit, strong and powerful. It has changed my life and has re-set my mindset to exercise and health.

Metafit is a full body High Intensity Interval Training Class - it is a short class of 30 minutes, perfect for those who need that quick exercise fix. You will see your body change shape and your fitness levels will go though the roof - burning calories and fat for the following 24 hours after class. Amazing!
